INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY

INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY

March 8th , 2017 we rolled BIGLOVEBALL onto the steps of The Vancouver Art Gallery in shades of PINK. We invited women to come and stand with us as a gesture of honour, support and celebration. For hours everyone came to say hello and grab a photo of our big spherical love notes. Women stood as mothers, sisters and daughters and friends. Without raising our voice in decibel we amplified our message: when we create unity amongst ourselves we can be of service to humankind. If BIGLOVEBALL is a metaphor for the world, we are using PINK as symbolic for the intrinsic strengths and abilities of women. Shades of PINK representing our uniqueness a n d our commonality. The initiative to share BIGLOVEBALL on International Women’s Day was our way of suggesting a PINK path to Peace.
